사교와 투쟁하기 위해 창설된 특수 경찰부대인 공안부 반(反)사교 단체의 잘 알려진 이름(1999년 6월 10일 창립 기념일을 따라서 만들어진 이름)이다. 원래는 파룬궁이 주요 표적이었지만 오늘날에는 610 사무처 박해 활동의 주요 대상으로 전능하신 하나님 교회가 적어도 파룬궁 만큼이나 중요한 것으로 보인다.
